3. Parent and Guardian Supervision

Kidpreneurs strongly encourages parents, guardians, teachers, and other responsible adults to actively supervise children when they use our websites, online programs, digital materials, coaching resources, email communications, community features, or any other online services.

Children should not browse, register, submit information, make purchases, communicate online, upload content, join live sessions, or participate in any Kidpreneurs-related online activity without the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or authorized adult.

Parents, guardians, teachers, schools, and authorized adults are responsible for monitoring children’s online activity, helping children understand safe internet practices, reviewing any content children access or submit, and ensuring that any information shared with Kidpreneurs is appropriate and authorized.

4. Educational Purpose Only

Kidpreneurs provides educational content designed to teach entrepreneurship, financial literacy, money management, business basics, creativity, problem-solving, leadership, and related skills.

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Kidpreneurs does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, professional business, or personal advice.

Nothing on our websites, in our programs, or in our materials should be treated as a guarantee of business success, income, profit, investment results, academic results, personal development results, or any specific outcome.

You are responsible for how you and your child use the information, ideas, strategies, tools, or resources provided by Kidpreneurs.

5. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

Kidpreneurs may share examples, stories, testimonials, case studies, business ideas, student projects, or examples of children learning entrepreneurial skills.

These examples are for educational and illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that any child, student, parent, educator, school, business, or organization will achieve the same or similar results.

Entrepreneurial outcomes depend on many factors, including age, effort, support, market conditions, resources, supervision, skill development, execution, timing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Any testimonials, reviews, or endorsements used by Kidpreneurs should reflect honest experiences, and material relationships should be disclosed where required. The FTC provides guidance for endorsements, testimonials, and reviews in advertising. (Federal Trade Commission)

Refund terms may vary depending on the product, program, course, coaching service, event, membership, promotion, or offer purchased.

Unless a specific refund policy is stated on the applicable checkout page, sales page, order form, or written agreement, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Coaching and consultations are educational in nature. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, therapeutic, or professional business advice.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions, late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling requests may be subject to the rules provided at checkout, in your booking confirmation, or in a separate written agreement.

We may refuse or end a coaching session if behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or violates these Terms.
